Terms of Service

Last updated September 13, 2026

These terms cover your use of the weatherwear.fr website and, once it ships, the Weather Wear app. Using either means you accept them.

The service, today and at launch

Right now, Weather Wear is this website and a waitlist: nothing is available to download yet. Once launched, Weather Wear will be a mobile app for iOS and Android that suggests outfits from your own wardrobe and the local forecast, and helps you find the pieces you're missing. These terms apply to both, and we'll update them as the app takes shape.

Joining the waitlist

Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing beyond giving us an email address you actually use. We'll send you one message when Weather Wear launches, and you can unsubscribe from it at any time.

Who can use it

You need to be old enough to consent to the processing of your data under the law of your country, or have a parent or guardian do so on your behalf.

Acceptable use

  • Don't submit an email address that isn't yours
  • Don't try to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site or the app
  • Don't use either for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights

Intellectual property

The Weather Wear name, logo and the content of this site belong to Weather Wear. You're welcome to link to it; reusing the name, the logo or the copy elsewhere needs our written permission.

No warranty

The website and, later, the app are provided as they are. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will work exactly as described, particularly before launch.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Weather Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the app. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Changes

We may update the site, the app or these terms as the product evolves. Where a change is material, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, tell waitlist subscribers by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can't be settled directly will go to the competent French courts, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim in your own country of residence as a consumer.
